THERE are 133 licensed water right acres tied to three shallow irrigation wells rated at 900 to 450 gallons per minute at less than 100 ft depth, connected to 9000 feet of under ground 6inch sprinkler pipe with four separate sprinkler systems watering native grama grass pastures, this operational irrigation system is ideal for cattle and big game utilization. The ranch cleared over 2,500 acres of cedar and brush in the last five years and has completed over 20 miles of under ground buried water pipeline for livestock and big game. The growing season is over 200 days with in a 15-20 inch rainfall belt being in the foothills of the Capitan Mountains. At 5,000 ft, elevation the winters are considered mild with several good snow falls mostly in January and February.

The Northern half of the ranch is uniquely watered by a 100 year old mountain spring that stores and produces up to 50,000 gallons of spring water a week and this water gravity flows down a buried pipeline for 8 miles and supplies livestock and wild life water to five pastures and several storages.
